What can I say, Wayne goes above and beyond from start to finish. Needed to sell quickly as a property we wanted came up. He had our property up for sale in 24 hrs, photos and everything. Nothing too much trouble for him, always just a phone call, email or text away, willing to arrange viewings at any time needed and sold our house in a couple of days. Sold our daughter's property quickly as well. Can’t praise him enough, if you’re thinking of selling he’s the one I’d definitely recommend, a genuinely nice person, but still very professional. I honestly can’t recommend Wayne enough. Our property up for sale on a Saturday and sold on the Tuesday. Our property sold Tuesday 13th May and we exchanged contracts today.
I honestly wouldn’t waste your time going to any other estate agent, I would contact Wayne straight away. After previously using another estate agent which was a complete disaster, contacting Wayne was the best decision we made.
He’s done everything for us - gone completely above and beyond!
